After missing one day two weeks ago, I made the sad conclusion that the route I'm going is not working as I planned. So last week I failed to do any physical exercise. I'm sad.
However, I'm hoping to turn things around. I have gotten more interested in riding bikes, and though that is not as beneficial as running or sprinting, it's at least something I enjoy. I might be attempting to do that more often now depending on the weather. In the meantime I am going to keep pushing myself to walk or jog if nothing else. I had the crazy notion last week that maybe I should train for a marathon as a stimulus to my brain. Hmm. We'll see!
