Well, I'm in the fourth week of my workout routine, and so far I have only missed one day, that being Monday. For whatever reason, I willed myself out of exercising. It doesn't help that temperatures outside are pretty darn cold. But I'm going to push through hopefully and make it work.
I definitely can notice a lot more energy in my work each day. I just feel more alert. I don't think any results have come through weight loss yet, but I'm hoping I'm on the right track to getting there.
